Iowa State Fair ‘07
August 22, 2007 on 3:42 pm | In Uncategorized | No CommentsThe Iowa State Fair has come and gone once again. This was our 7th year, and we realize there have been no two alike. You would think after working the fair for several years, that you know what to expect, but it is always full of surprises. This year’s weather was a challenge for many. The Iowa State Fair always comes with hot weather. I think it has been a long time, however, since we experienced so many days in succession of heat and humidity. Most people took it in stride and with that true “State Fair Spirit”. We promise to make more cool ties for next year!! Our cool ties and visors are always a hit to help cope with the hot weather.
It was great to see all our customers who visit us each year at the State Fair. We also made new friends and customers. You really do have the chance to engage in some wonderful conversations with people you have never met before.
